I was working late in the office when I received a call from my elderly mother at 6.29pm in utter distress. The outside drainage pipe had overflowed so badly that waste was flowing from the front garden into the neighbours - and the neighbour was getting irate. I called Flow Away Drainage at 6.34pm - they were with my parents within the hour. Please note here they are based in Chiswick and my parents are in Northolt, Middlesex. Not only did they resolve my parent's drainage issue they also identified a problem with the neighbour's waste pipe/drainage and resolved that too. This is a 5* Co!

Brilliant. I've been plagued by a blocked waste pipe from the kitchen sink that goes to the shower, and exits outside, for more than a year and tried to clear it with supermarket drain unblocker, caustic soda, a cheap drain snake from Amazon, and then finally "One Stop" (sulphuric acid). Nothing worked, and when I finally used acid, it made the block even worse. Jamie arrived, and within 45 minutes he had the blockage cleared. Brilliant service, cannot recommend highly enough. Probably the best money I've ever spent, and I wish I had not wasted my time and money trying to fix it myself.
